Eve Perle Shipping Policy

1. General Information All orders are processed upon receipt. We strive to ship your items as quickly as possible, but order processing can take between 1-3 business days. If an item is unavailable at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in [specify regions]. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship orders to locations outside of these regions.

3. Delivery Time Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 6-12 days. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping. Please provide the order number, your email address, and your phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
